Here is the event lineup for the Plattsburgh City Beach:
Start your Saturday with serenity (and a little sweat!) as we welcome Cate Fox for a refreshing Yoga on the Beach session. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to stretch and unwind, this 30-minute flow is the perfect way to greet the day. Bring your yoga mat, a towel, or even just your bare feet, and settle into the warm morning sand. With the sun shining and temps near 88°, you could call it accidental hot yoga—but with a Lake Champlain breeze and good company, it’s the best kind. Come early, find your spot, and join us for some mindful movement and deep breaths by the water!
Kick off Mayor's Cup weekend with this Saturday morning race! This two-loop course will start and end at the Plattsburgh City Beach and will take place on the scenic Heritage Trail and Karen Fleury Bike Path (both trails are paved). Participants will receive a special Mayor’s Cup baseball cap.

Judging & awards: 2:00 PM. Just like sandcastles are formed by tiny grains coming together, recovery and resilience are built through connection and support. With every grain, we grow stronger, and when we add water—representing the people, agencies, and services that lift us up—the structure becomes even more solid. This year, NAMI is introducing a special theme: Hope Grows Here—a chance for participants to reflect hope in their designs. Whether you want to build, compete, or just enjoy the beautiful lakeside creations, we’d love for you to join us!

95 Triple X Live Beach Broadcast from 11:00am - 1:00pm. Mayor’s Cup hits the airwaves with Plattsburgh and Burlington’s hit radio station, 95 Triple X, at the Plattsburgh City Beach. Enjoy awesome tunes and meet the station’s hot radio personality, Kwame, live and person! The station is hosting ‘The Mel B Dance Party’ on the beach with 95TripleX swag giveaway! Beach bags, to bottle openers, whistles and TripleX koozies! Participate in the dance party to win! Cumberland 12 will be onsite with 95 Triple X offering free movie passes as prizes! 95 Triple X is an exclusive radio partner and Champlain Sponsor of the 2025 Mayor’s Cup Regatta & Festival.

NCCI Snap and Smile Pavilion. Time: All Day.
