Here are the announcements from today's club assembly for everyone.
Meeting Schedule Clarity: Board meeting has been moved to Tuesdays starting in December so there will be something every Tuesday throughout the month:
1st Tuesday: Meeting/Speaker
2nd Tuesday : Board Meeting
3rd Tuesday: Club Assembly
4th/5th Tuesday: Meeting/Speaker
We are reminding everyone of clubflexibility, we continue to hear stress over not attending each week; That is ok - attend when you can there is no attendance requirement and engage with us through fellowship and other club projects and committee meetings.
Invocation - We have decided through the meeting structure ADHOC committee to remove this function from the meeting. If you wish to share a positive statement at the meeting please feel free, but it will no longer be an assigned duty.
Sue has been approved by the Board to finish out Colleen's board term as Member At Large - Thank you Sue!
Storage Facility: We are relocating the storage facility on 11/19 9am 290 Margaret Street. If you have stuff to drop off please bring it to us so we can get it into storage or if you can help please come at this time. Questions on this please contact Eric.
The ADHOC Committee will be meeting in January to begin working through Strategic Planning.
Committee Chair Expectations: This is not clearly defined we will be working to have more of a expectation detail for members when they take on this leadership role to make sure the committee is successful.
Donations: The club is donating $250 to the MHAB/CV Family Center Thanksgiving combined with member donations to total $525.00
Finance: We have allocated $5K of Mayor's Cup Money the following ways:
$1,000 to Rotary Int'l Committee
$1,000 to small contributions
$3,000 to small projects that we hope to finalize by end of Rotary year.

Beach Wheelchair: The last wheelchair has arrived and we will be working to assemble that soon...stay tuned for more details coming soon!
Holiday Parade: We are working on a float for the holiday parade which is 12/3 at 5pm so stay tuned there for more details as well!
