Certified counselors and peer advocates provide online services daily through Zoom. Join recovery check-ins, reflections, arts & crafts, jam sessions, yoga and more.

Online recovery at MHAB is made possible by our on-campus partner, the All Ways to Recovery Community Center.

Life Skills Campus

Our transitional housing community located in Plattsburgh, NY is an illicit drug & alcohol free, violence free, and judgement free environment for people in recovery.

Everything a resident needs – support programs, transportation, healthy food, laundry, internet, fitness, education & employment advocacy and community – is available.

A way for you to celebrate your recovery or support a loved one's journey – our MHAB Marketplace is for recovery, by recovery.

Collections are designed and produced locally by people in recovery, and some proceeds are donated to treatment initiatives at United Way or reinvested into MHAB.
