Our December 19th Meeting will be a Field trip to take a look at a location for our meetings that will serve us much better than our current location. Rotarian Brian Neureuther, The Dean of Business and Economics at SUNY Plattsburgh has secured a meeting room that has superior ZOOM capabilities. The large room has table and chairs that can be moved as needed. Chartwells will provide Tea and Coffee at a price around $2.00. They can also offer breakfast. We are also allowed to bring in our own coffee and food in if we like. This Trip we will have Chartwells provide Coffee only.

 

One of the BIG issues is the food costs for our members. this will address the issue of meeting being to costly for our members. There will be no Room charge as well. The Hall is available year round.

 

Parking will be open on Lot C on Draper Ave for this visit from 7:30-8:30. Should we decide to move to Au Sable Hall this lot will be our parking lot and will be required to register our vehicles twice a year with the college via an ONLINE application.
