Sunrise Rotarians volunteer to clean-up local parks and trails to help celebrate National Trail Day

The Sunrise Rotary Club is proud to be a supporter of the LaPierre Lane Riverway Park from its inception and is now a steward of this unique community gem. A group of Sunrise Rotarians gathered on the morning of National Trail Day (June 6) to clean up the area and get it ready for the summer.
Actually, as part of a larger community-wide effort, Sunrise Rotarians could be seen throughout the week cleaning-up at the Sunrise Rotary Wilcox Dock Pavilion, at the Sunrise Gazebo at the Samuel D. Champlain Park and at the Max Moore Memorial Tree House (where the club played a leading role in the building of this universally accessible treehouse at a primary trailhead on the Saranac River Trail).
